I don't know if they transfer the bags from Intl to Domestic. If you need to self-transfer, when you check them back in you can ask to get on an earlier flight if seats are open. That seems safer.
In my experience, ANA is surprisingly flexible if your ticket allows. (I haven't tried changing a segment of an international ticket, just getting on an earlier domestic flight.)
No - self transfer as you need to clear customs - get on bus over to domestic terminal and re-check
Through check only applies for DOM -> INT as no customs
