I've been flying SEA-JFK (or the reverse) weekly on A321neos and the WiFi has been unusable on six of the past 7 flights now. Either there are dead spots for large portions of the flight, or it's so incredibly slow that nothing will load. I tried a speedtest on my most recent flight out of frustration and clocked a measly 0.32mbps down.

What's the deal here? Too many users because it's free and not enough bandwidth? Poor satellite coverage? I've always been told DL WiFi is some of the best, but considering I haven't been able to use it on nearly every single flight I've taken this year, I'm not seeing it.

(I didn't see an overall wifi discussion thread, but if there is one, please someone point me that way!)
