What do you think would be the next innovation in business class seats?

It seems that in the past two or three years, development or innovation has plateaued. It has indeed come a long way from recliner seats.

It appears that most wide bodies either have the staggered or reverse herringbone, and most narrow bodies for longhaul have the staggered or herringbone.
