I placed another order today and used my Hyatt card as payment to receive the $10 credit from that and it worked seamlessly as well.

However, when I tried placing another order and switched to my Marriott card for payment to get that $10 credit, it just didn't work and no $10 credit showed up so I didn't place the order. The terms say that you can get a credit for each registered card so I don't know why they aren't honoring that.
