Prior to COVID I could have listed a few from YVR, but I don't think they exist anymore. Plus YVR's Preclearance hours have now extended into the night anyway when these flights would have departed.

It's an interesting question!

Also lol @ the YEG-ATL flight, you'd have WestJet signage pointing where to check-in for domestic or transborder flights (which are on the exact opposite ends of the airport. But you'd have in tiny writing ("except departures for Atlanta") pointing passengers to go through Central security.
