Nothing against international crews but they do not portray swissness and they do not speak any national languages for the safety and feeling of "home" of non EN speaking Swiss pax.
My observation is that many of younger crew could be second generation Swiss. Whether of Portuguese, Spanish or Balkan origin, they may not be blond but they are Swiss and speak at least one of the official languages. No surprise in a country with 40% of the population having a migration background.

And just to add that many of the older "blonde" crew do not speak a word of French in my experience. That, too, is very Swiss...
