NZ’s website indicates the retrofitted 787 by the additional -9 during booking

V1, V2 are just 787

If you're flexible with your booking dates it's easy enough to flick through your possible dates looking for the 787-9.

There seems to be some blocking of premium cabins at the moment. Possibly reseating people from the previous layout to the new one before releasing them for purchase again?

Regarding routes:
Long haul lots of YVR > SFO ~ PVG with a couple of dates for SFO and PVG
In July there are 4 PVG dates and 2 SFO

Short haul RAR > APW, BNE & SYD

BP Luxe pricing:
BP Luxe YVR, SFO, PVG $820
BP Luxe RAR, APW, BNE, SYD $210

SYD was previously showing 175.

Windowless seats from the Stuff walk through:

Business: 5k There’s a bit of a window.
PE: no rows to avoid.
Economy: Avoid row 44 HJK
45 ABC slither of a window
56 ABC HJK

60 DEF toilet view either side

I’m sure there are a couple more eg 56 ABC likely the same.

Based on reported time frames I’d expect NZI back before end of May if the retrofit runs according to schedule.

NZK Just flew out of desert storage to Singapore. I’m speculating, but either it’s next up for the makeover, or they’re swapping engines out and it will fly home from there. The former would make more sense.
