I'm considering a basic economy ticket for a domestic flight and I'd like to pay using my travel bank credit. My wife and I will be on the same reservation and we will each have a carry-on bag and personal item. We both have the United Explorer card. If I purchase the tickets almost entirely using travel bank credit and put $1-2 on the credit card, will we receive the free carry-on bags?
