It depends how deep you want to go down the rabbit hole.
Aircraft were first refit with Oasis, which added rows. There was an issue with first class seats, so they changed row 10 that was MCE and removed the extra legroom, and shifted everything back, and fixed the first class seats, in a process called Kodiak. The difference from Oasis to Kodiak is small, but Kodiak is the correct term, even though you'll see Oasis in a bunch of places.
All aircraft are standardized with rows 1-4 being first, and 8-9 and 16-17 being MCE (latter being exit).
