Kudos AA (and or BA) for getting a little thing very right finally. I'm starting to see ^small^ signs of life and thoughtfulness again out of AA, which I haven't seen often since the Airways takeover.
That’s good to hear! I walked into the employee line a few weeks ago since it was right in front of me exiting the check in. TSA agent asked where I came from, I said the first check in ares and he said ‘sounds good’. Didn’t solve waiting at the scanners for a while since they keep a lane open for crew (no crew showed up), but progress.
Note - mods will probably move this to the main JFK check-in thread.
