That would seem to add up to £50 - so could that explain it?
Seems at odds with my experience. I've never been charged more than £35/pax for changes or cancellation, even as recently as Apt 30th (subsequent to OP) where I was charged £70 for 2 pax to change the date and booking class of an Avios redemption ticket booked previously.
