You want to take bus 150. Time table are found here (not able to post links, but svipper . no is the source. Mot Alta (Towards Alta) is the one you should look at and Storslett is the village closest to the SOJ airport. This is the northern route with two ferry crossings providing a brilliant view. Tickets are 216/288 depending on young adult or adult. Even the flight back from SOJ to TOS is stunning with clear skies. You will also enjoy the tiny size of some Norwegian airports where the same one/two persons are doing all the services on the airport from check-in to handling the plane.

I recomment downloading the app Entur, through this you can purchase tickets for public transportation in most of Norway without any mark-up. Usually most Norwegian public transportation add a fee for onboard purchases of tickets, so cheaper to use Entur or similar.
