Don't forget going with Qatar, you are less protected than with BA or any other EU airline. I'm not saying Qatar will not going to help you out, but by law with BA and EU airlines you are significantly more protected in case of delays and cancellations. I'm fully aware also that a great travel insurance can handle a lot of cancellation problems too.
