Food and drinks are solid, as are the concierge team. Pool could have used a bit of TLC, but was a nice respite from the ~40 degree temps. Only letdown was the check-in and check-out experience. Felt very mid-level hotel with a fairly sizable queue and it took an oddly long time. Bill was correct though.
