In terms of service, almost everyone I encountered did a fantastic job (bellboys, housekeeping, restaurant servers, etc). The rooms have a premium feel, comparable to the St. Regis next door. Noise wasn’t an issue for me, as I was given a room facing CentralWorld, where there’s no construction. I didn’t swim in the morning, but I did in the evening, once construction had ended for the day (it stops at 5 PM).
Of course, this is just my personal experience and things may vary depending on who you interact with and which room you’re assigned. The only two downsides I’d mention for anyone considering a stay here are the ongoing construction next door (which is temporary) and the hotel's stinginess when it comes to upgrades or late checkouts for Hilton Honors members.
