I would say no. LH lounges are not Arrival lounges (Welcome Lounge and F Lounges being the exception) so you only get access based on your departing boarding pass. In this case, arriving in LH C and departing on UA wouldn't qualify.
Turns out LH does allow business class lounge access for long haul business on their metal.
