Yes.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked standard, received 5th floor suite

Did you receive elite benefits?

• Complimentary Room Upgrade – YesI didn't ask for an upgrade nor was it mentioned at check in but when I arrived it was indeed a suite.
• Complimentary Breakfast – I had to leave too early for breakfast but I was offered breakfast bag to take away
• Early Check-In – Didn't request it but we arrived to the hotel 1 pm and got our room right away which was a suite.
• Late Check-Out –Didn't require it
• In-Room Welcome Gift – Nothing at first but then a knock on the door and I was given two bottles of water. Pretty fair as I was thirsty and actually enjoyed having them.

What was good and what was bad?
Guy who checked me in was really friendly and welcoming, above and beyond. I asked about the shuttle to the airport as I was leaving at 6 am. He offered a breakfast bag to take with me as breakfast didn't start until 6:30. I declined as I wanted to sleep as late as I could and not mess around leaving. The shuttle costs 5 euro for the return voucher but he gave me one for free.
One bad only. The airport shuttle drops you off at level -1. Reception is on level 0 one floor up. Signage was lacking and I was tired so it took me a good while to work out where reception was. (Up one floor in the lift)
Value for money or points? Would you return?
I will 100% use this hotel again if I need a layover at Schipol.
