What about points accumulated after you've requalified but before your actual renewal date? I got Gold through a status match in November 2024 and had until November 2025 to get my 50K status miles to requalify. I have accumulated the needed 50K status miles, and my account now says that my Gold membership will renew on 1 December 2025 (though, actually, I only see this sentence when I look on the app, not when I look on the website). What happens to status miles I accumulate between now and December 2025? Do they count for my December 2025 - December 2026 period? Or are they just "wasted"?
