I didn't watch the whole thing but clicked through parts. A few things that stood out...
Hard product looks pretty great. Pool beautiful, but "sunrise" views so while I prefer the shade many will probably complain about no afternoon sun.
No toto toilet???
And it may have been discussed elsewhere, but why the need for two Japanese restaurants in the club but no locally inspired restaurant in a country loved for their cuisine?
Nai Lert's Japanese restaurants are seen as ultra high end in Bangkok. That's who they want to cater to.
