To those who have visited, is the road to El Valle paved all the way from Panama City? I get that this is a dumb question, but despite the cheap busses, I enjoy driving in Panama, and this seems like a good reason to get a rental car at PTY. If I have to trek on dirt roads, that sort of changes the calculus.
