Vegetarian caesar salad on Sunday’s flight from Luxembourg. Only four passengers in three row Club cabin with drinks and meals hand run from the galley. Alternative was the beef salad, with the In Flight Manager actually showing me the two choices available.

Was surprisingly tasty. Would be very happy to eat this again in the again or in a restaurant.

Only 2 were loaded however. The passenger behind me in Row 2 got given an asparagus salad that the IFM ruffled up from the previous flight!

Did think it poor to run out of choice with only 4 passengers to cater for, but the crew were friendly and attentive, with 3 further drinks top ups before landing.
