Given that flying would cost 5000 miles and then tax (maybe 20 euro per long layover?) it would makes sense to fly in to one airport, take a bus and fly out of another airport. ( Choice points could work in most of norway except up north.)
The bus is operated by VY. Check vy.no. As it is a commercial operation, prices are dynamic, but appear to be around NOK 300-400 BGO-HAU when prebooked.

Until 2033 there is a ferry crossing, of 25 minutes duration.
