I think you have time to spare and then some Japanese domestic security is very efficient as long as you get to domestic check in by 11:10 or so they’ll get you on your way
If irr ops ANA will likely know and meet you off the flight. FUK to HND is one of Japans busiest routes with 20+ departures a day just for ANA so you wouldt be waiting more than an hour or so even if you misconnect as single ticket they obliged to take care of you

NH has frequent service between FUK and HND. It is the second busiest route in Japan There are maybe 19 NH flights after yours.
The other options I was given when looking at this reward ticket were
NH1075 (0935 dep)
NH246 (1020 dep)
NH248 (1115 dep)
I wonder if I should get it changed to NH248 and take a chance since NH would have to book us on a later flight if we miss it?
Is your trip during typhoon season? Small chance that a typhoon could affect any flight to HND whether it came from SIN or FUK.
