If A and B are 2 different card types, i.e. Ink Unlimited and Hyatt then both are considered to have been enrolled in Instacart+ for 3 months each and you can use the credits on both ($20 and $10 in this case, but in case of 2 different Inks it would be $20 x 2). If they're both the same card type then you can only enroll one and get one credit.
Meaning to say you can add all your eligible cards now and use the credit on each one by switching the payment for each order.
