Does anyone have any information on how the 'free ticket' (issued in case of a delay) can be used? It appears it can only be used on a direct flight, not connection - OK, but when I called and asked for a number of dates (outside the exclusions listed in the letter), I was basically given the choice of 2 days across the next 2 months, and only in Economy despite the affected flight being in Business... any ideas what availability they are quoting? There is I class on some of the dates I requested, thought that would be enough...
