I find Fast Track outside of DUB and LHR to be hit and miss. Often works in places it shouldn’t and doesn’t in places it should. It often comes down to the staffer you meet. If you have AerClub or AerSpace, it’s always worth a shot. My hit rate in Europe is at least 75%.
I always figured it would be where they have lounge access but it never works in LIN or FCO and in AMS they didn’t want to let me through but i talked them into it.
Funnily enough I rarely find the ordinary lines that bad in European airports.
