I was concern that the clock resets and I am required to accumulate miles again for the full year from May'25 to May'26 to requalify. Thanks all!
I'm afraid the miles earned in June will not count towards the lapsed qualifying period, at least not automatically. You can call them to request for a concession after the fact, but it's up to them to give it.
