Have almost the same question. Will be arriving in SEA at 5pm on a monday night and departing the next morning at 10am.
Currently am booked into the Hyatt at Lake Washington, which is 9 miles away. We will have 2 small dogs and at least 3 suitcases.

there are many hotels that are very close with shuttles. I don’t know their pet policies.
Radisson is the closest walk to. You can walk out of the low end numbers of baggage claim and just stay on the sidewalk for about 5 min. You cross international to Radisson. Radisson has a restaurant inside. 13 coins is in the building next to it, on the airport side of international there a Thai place, sharps, and another place.
therrbis a full Hilton across from the light rail station and a rebranded hotel called sky ridge a division of marriott …it used to be a crowne plaza. It dhoukd still have the restaurant inside. As does the Hilton. There aren’t much in walking distance. A full marriott is about a block of international behind the Hilton. All 3 are accessible going through garage following signsbto Link rail thrn pedestrian bridge over international thrn stairs/ elevator down.
there are other hotels along international and they have shuttles. The shuttles are gotten by going—-
from baggage up to mid level then take bridge over the arrivals to the garage thrn go down to the 3rd floor ( bridge is 4 ) thrn walk back to the airport and cross the two lane road that has all the shuttles for hotels and parking. You can take baggage carriers over to this area to get shuttles.
Taxis and Ubers pick up points anre also in this garage.
most of the hotels are within 7-10 min depending on the lights.
5 pm rush hour traffic will be bad if you are trying to go anywhere on highways/ expressways
car rentals are at a separate facility that requires a long wait for shuttle buses.
