I stay here about once a month usually on a longer layover. On the drive there, there’s been some construction on the 405 so traffic backs up a little but not horribly. Coming back you should be fine at that time of the morning. There is a bus option if you don’t have a lot of baggage, that drops off reasonably close if you don’t want to uber/lyft/taxi.

Based upon your arrival and departure times I would just stay at one of the Hilton properties at the airport. You can walk to the Seatac Hilton — just head to the light rail and cross the bridge; most of it is covered. The DT is a little further walk.
