I've usually spent around $400 for my family of three on this service. I've used it multiple times post-COVID, especially when airports were overwhelmed and the immigration and security queues were horrendous. Essentially, they meet you curbside when you get dropped off and escort you to the front of every line (check-in, security, immigration, etc.). It can be a real time saver when it works. However, there have been instances when there were no lines, and I ended up wasting money because I anticipated there would be one.

Additionally, the companies I mentioned are just intermediaries. Sometimes, you can book directly with the airport and save a couple of hundred dollars.
