Can anyone give me the lowdown on the T1 (international) to T3 (domestic) transfer? How much time do I need?

I'm on standby for Etihad EY77 scheduled to arrive at 07:05, and was wondering if I could make a separate booking with BA on to LHR scheduled for 07:55?
