if single ticket even if the flight is late they should put you on the next flight
you need to clear immigration at FUK then bus transfer to domestic terminal on other side of airfield. Don’t think there is airside transfer due to needing to clear immigration and customs and baggage recheck even on single ticket
might be a bit tight if going the other way but domestic security deadline is 20 - 30 mins so assume if flight is on time 30 -40 mins for immigration and 20 mins for the bus likely at least an hour domestic lounge time?
