Completely agree. The J product on the 321neo is actually good. No it's not lie flat but for short sectors it vastly superior to what the vast majority of airlines globally offer (many airlines offer a far inferior product on significantly longer sectors).
It's fine if you compare to the European carriers, but given CX's competition is more JAL/ANA/SQ - then those seats really don't cut it against their competition. I'm saying this as someone who just moved back to Asia from the UK.
