Did calling in get it resolved so you could buy SAF or did it work out in the end or...?
To update: calling Flying Blue was able to get them to push through a charge for the SAF (which has since posted to my card) and requesting an invoice for the booking also yields an invoice for the SAF, so I'm optimistic that the XP will post.
