LGW-MAD IB Express on a late morning/early lunch flight

Potato salad with slices of octopus, pasta with a pesto sauce/mozarella/roasted cherry tomatoes, mousse with chocolate bits in. Not pictured were warm bread roll and a mini bottle of cava

The salad and pasta were decent, the mousse was quite artificial tasting but passable. Cava very nice
