I upgraded 2 flights, one was confirmed immediately, the other is on a waiting list. Easy and straightforward with one big limitation. The system only allows for ALL passengers traveling under the same PNR to be upgraded. I just wanted to upgrade myself so I had to call A3 to issue a new PNR just for me.
