I have no clue on the technical or business background of these offers, but there is a good amount of different vendors on Amazon with the same package and same price. Looks like they come with individual designed manuals etc. So I don't think it is just someone or some company going rogue, not sure how stable that business is either. The 3/7/30GB don't seem to align with the brackets from Saikyo plan you posted. I do remember that one comment on Amazon complained that they couldn't reissue the sim.
