JL F is fantastic, and the noise level, cabin altitude, and humidity of the a350 is head and shoulders above the 77w.

i can’t speak to Cathay service as I haven’t done F but I did end up on a Qathay 77w DOH-BKK as my a380 from Paris was delayed and they had to move me for the next leg - so I can speak to the hard product - though I guess take with a grain of salt unless you are also over 190cm with 31cm feet… but there’s absolutely no comparison.
