Two were provided when I arrived, I used them the 1st day and they were not replaced by housekeeping. Same on day 2 so I asked the front desk and was replied it was normal procedure : only 2 are provided free of charge and that I had access to the lounge as a Diamond member where coffee is free of charge.
I've noticed that oftentimes the lounge has a nespresso machine, and nothing or nobody prevents you from grabbing one or two capsules to use it in the room.
At least it's been the case in almost all of the hotels I've visited with a lounge - which isn't a large number of different hotels to be entirely honest. Maybe I was just "lucky".
