Yeah that would be a lot smarter but it seems like they'd be missing the key points. They could provision/sell rows 1-2 like how they plan to manage the "enhanced" bulkhead product post-retrofit. That would be good test runs for delivering product, IT, etc. Or at least sell JFK-BCN as "Business Plus" for rows 1-2 and try to monetize Chelsea, although I can't imagine many people ever bought that.
Lol!! Perhaps they could use this as an opportunity to give real-time training to FAs on how to deliver premium service, and familiarize them with the 3* Michelin ice cream sundae.
