I just completed a new 4-night stay. Very good stay again with good status recognition. I booked Premium Deluxe room and, despite the hotel was fully booked, they upgraded me to a very nice corner Junior suite. Lot of windows and natural light. I loved it.
But, there's really one thing annoying me at every stay is their stupid nickel & diming policies for Nespresso capsules. Two were provided when I arrived, I used them the 1st day and they were not replaced by housekeeping. Same on day 2 so I asked the front desk and was replied it was normal procedure : only 2 are provided free of charge and that I had access to the lounge as a Diamond member where coffee is free of charge. I politely entered into some kind of arguments pointing out how nonsense it was. I don't see the point of having a Nespresso machine in the room if you can't use it after the 1st day and that they make no difference between a 1 night or several nights stay. So they gave m some extra capsules for free . I will really never understand how hotels can come with such stupid policies. I have already made this feedback each time I stayed there, but it doesn't change.
Apart this minor thing, the stay was very good. This is the welcome amenity :
