I am now consdering to just take the metro as far as I can get, transferring to line 11, and then take a Didi from there.
You can take the airport link to "resort", which is the first stop and transfer to Line 11 or get a taxi there. Or you could stay on it to the second or third stop if either of those are closer.

I'm actually considering trying that transfer this week (I'd take Line 11 all the way to Jiaoda, which is a longish schlep, but far more appealing than line 2 to Lines 10 or 11) . I surveyed the scene last year before the airport link was operational, but was more less complete. I'm not sure how painful the transit walk is going to be yet, but I'd definitely be able to get a seat on Line 11 since Disney is the terminal station.
