Flight WS1940 YEG-ATL used to NOT be precleared until last Saturday, due to departing outside the YEG preclearance operating hours. It was therefore a subject of great curiosity of mine regarding a specific detail of US travel document requirements.

So, since this flight got re-scheduled and thus became pre-cleared, are there still any non-precleared flights departing from Canadian preclearance airports?
