I may have a similar issue to yours regarding first and middle names.
May I please ask how you resolved this issue? Was it through a phone call and/or further correspondence with Enrich? Or was a missing points claim submission via the website's online form sufficient?
In my case I have about a dozen JAL flights for which the points have not posted, so if a phone call or further correspondence is required, I would prefer to provide the details to all my flights at the same time to avoid going through the same process to resolve the same issue multiple times.
And is there any advice you can give for the next time I book a JAL flight and wish to credit to Enrich? For example, should the first name field in the JAL booking match the first name field (which lists my first and middle names) in my Enrich account?
