The airline also operates an economy cabin, where I've found myself a couple of times. It was fine: just another airline. Casa can be a bit of a trial, with a rather no-nonsense approach to security - but with good reason. I'm sure I used the lounge there (the benefit of Oneworld status), but with absolutely no clear memory of it I reckon I must have found it ok in an unremarkable way.
