As a Club World passenger travelling with Bronze status in March, I was directed into the fancier version next door with no payment required. My boarding pass was stamped with a red maple leaf but it was my first time on this route; not sure if that is standard or made a difference.
The variety of food on offer was poor but of good quality. There was table service and a good enough cocktail menu. The wine list wasn’t anything to shout about. I left early as it was incredibly warm.
Thats a good outcome. I didn't really like either of the lounges. It was actually more tranquil down by some of the larger unused gates.
