it’s fabulous. Thinly sliced small golden potatoes. White pizza. Zero sauce. In 2004 I dated a woman who lived in Russian Hill and she used to talk about a pizza place with Potesto pizza - potato on pesto. It sounded so good. Usually I just get mushroom atop pesto. So I always liked the potato on pesto. I never ever went there. It does sound good.

eta i still have a leftover pb&j from Saturday. I made one for my son to have after his track race. He didn’t eat it so I put it in the fridge and then I took it out an hour or two ago. So I’ll eat this. Hopefully I don’t actual eat the pizza but boy does it sound do food!! Good!!
