I finally was able to product change from the Strata Premier to the Costco Anywhere Visa after a year. I originally had a Citi Cash card (?) then was given an option to get the Strata with the annual fee waived the first year. The annual fee hit this month and I realized it's hardly worth the fee when I have a CSR/Amex Plat for travel, but I did want to have a Costco Card because of the no annual fee and no foreign fee transactions. That in itself makes it worth keeping as a backup for Costco purchases/gas and a visa card abroad.
