When did they start charging a no show fee for completely pay later reservations? The language has now been added to my pay later reservations, but how do I find how much the fee is? It does not say.
How far in advance do I need to cancel? 1 minute before the pickup time? 3 hours before? Or? Because at some point prior to pick up time they make it impossible to cancel your reservation online. And if you are on a plane that is running late you can't call their reservations phone line to make changes or cancel.
