BA316 CDG = TECY
BA958 MUC = OPEY (operations ran too late for curfew, they linked to a service from WAW, which was only a few minutes late but enough to not have a viable chance)

BA552 FCO
BA372 TLS

I don't know the cause of these 2 early morning cancellations, but it has the hallmark of lack of crew: they were cancelled in the early hours. If so it's FCRY.

Operationally the workload and some poor weather patterns have meant that timekeeping wasn't good today, and T5's baggage system fell over a few times around midday. 625 departures in all, 328 with BA.

Morning Operational Update
Landing RWY: 27L
Airborne holding (mins): 12 peak
Departure RWY: 27R
TSAT delay average (mins): 0
